How long will it take to get my knives back from your drop off service?

Typically the turn around time for knives and shears is 24 hours or less. I love open communication and will work with you for the best time for pick up and drop off.

Will someone be there to talk to about my knives at drop off?

On any given day i could be anywhere in Montco servicing residents or businesses. As I run my business solo I cannot always be there for drop off and pick up. But i insure that your knives or blades are safe with me and my family. My parents are retired and someone is always home. Given the event I am out on a job you can rest easy knowing they will retrieve your knives for me or monitor them for pick up. How long will it take my knives to be sharpened on site?

Depending on the condition of the blade and what restoration is needed to bring your edge back to life. I can sharpen upwards of 20 knives an hour. If they are kept in decently workable condition. If major chips are present or other time consuming repairs it can take upwards of 10 minutes a knife for proper polishing and restoration.

Will you sharpen my knives the same day I call you?

Depending on day to day business and my current location I may be able to sharpen your knives the same day you call. If you are located near my home in Schwenksville the odds of same day service are much higher. But regardless of location I will try my best to arrive at your location if not the same day.
